Tom Cary, Jeff Wing and Jim Edmunson are longtime Oregon attorneys with varied backgrounds and involvement in the community. Here are brief biographies for each partner.
Thomas Cary
Tom concentrates on workers’ compensation cases and collaborates with Jeff Wing on third party claims that arise out of work place or on the job injuries. Mr. Cary works closely with Jim Edmunson in maintaining a practice on the cutting edge of workers’ compensation law in Oregon.
Jeffrey Wing
Jeff’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Oregon State Bar.
James Edmunson
Jim’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability. Jim is a 6th generation Oregonian born in Eugene and raised in rural Lane County near Goshen and Junction City. A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Jim has practiced law in Eugene since 1983.
